Meditation & Mindfulness Online Drop-in Sessions

Give yourself some space and time to breathe. Be warmly welcomed into these informal and friendly sessions which are an opportunity to experience meditation and mindfulness in a safe, calm and non-judgemental environment. Be gently guided through meditation, no experience is necessary. Discover the powerful and life-changing skills of mindfulness to free yourself from stress, low mood, anxiety and the worries of daily life. Unwind your mind, feel calmer and more peaceful.

Session includes a short talk by Jakki, 20minute guided meditation and time to chat if you choose. The meditation will be recorded and emailed out for you to keep.

When: Monthly on Wednesdays 6.30 – 7.15pm.  Where: Online via Zoom. Cost £8.

Meditation & Movement

Get that Friday feeling! Release tension in both body and mind in these calming sessions. No experience is necessary. Come out of your head and spend some quiet time releasing tension through the body in mindful movement and Fitness Yoga postures. Once the body has softened from all the stress of the week, come into stillness for meditation to calm your mind. This is the perfect hour just for YOU.

When: Monthly on Fridays starting on 24th September 1.30-2.30pm.

Venue: 2nd Space Boutique Studio, Unit A Brookside Rd, Ruddington, NG11 6AT.

Cost £8. Limited places.
