Be welcomed into a friendly and non-judgmental environment with Jakki, a “Listed” mindfulness teacher. Over two calming hours discover what mindfulness truly means in this insightful workshop. Experience mindfulness meditation for yourself and learn all about the roots of this ancient wisdom.
The core of the workshop is to experience mindfulness practice, with time for small group discussion and practical tips on how to incorporate this ancient wisdom into your daily life with ease. This informal workshop is suitable for all, whether you are new to mindfulness or attending as a welcome refresher.
Note: This workshop is designed for health & well-being. If you are currently experiencing severe or significant mental health issues, mindfulness may not be a suitable avenue at this time. Please consult with your GP or therapist.
